The Odogwu of Onicha Ugbo and Hon Minister of State for Petroleum Resources/GMD NNPC, High Chief (Dr) Ibe Kachikwu took time off from his very busy schedule to make an unscheduled brief visit to his hometown Onicha Ugbo today. Here he inspected the new Palace under construction with HRM Agbogidi Obi Victor Chukwumalieze 1, Obi of Onicha Ugbo, Chief Madu Nwayorbuije and Chief Ken Iwelumo.
