It's no longer news that several parts of Asaba gets flooded by water whenever there's a heavy downpour as is the case today when it rained heavily and this often times leave people stranded in that homes, offices and wherever they maybe at that time. Some get to the point of abandoning their cars in the rain for fear of being carried away in their car.
The Okowa led administration has never rested in its determination to check this menace by engaging in MASSIVE road construction and rehabilitation of roads across the various parts of the state.
With one year down the line and with the Asaba drainage system still causing great havoc, one cannot but plead with the SENATOR ARTHUR IFEANYI OKOWA led government to beam it's TORCHLIGHT ON ASABA drainage system more especially as it's the state capital.
