POLICE ASSURES NIGERIANS OF CREDIBLE RECRUITMENT




The Nigeria Police Service Commission (PSC) says it has credible structures in place for its ongoing recruitment process.


The commission said transparency, fairness and equal opportunity would be given to all the applicants.

Ikechukwu Ani, Head, Press and Public Relations of the Commission gave the assurance in an exclusive interview with TV360 in Abuja.

The Commission had on Wednesday said 705,352 applications were received from applicants seeking employment into the recently advertised 10,000 vacancies into the Nigeria Police Force.

Ani said the selection process for the recruitment exercise is technology based which serves as a measure to reduce contacts as well as weed out ineligible applicants.

He assured that the Commission is on its guard to avoid any form of security challenges during the exercise
