The Pipelines and Products Marketing Company, has revealed that necessary measures are already in place to return normalcy to Abuja and end the prevalent fuel scarcity in the country.
The PPMC said on Friday night, that it would be dispatching 31 trucks each with 60,000 litres of fuel to Abuja with another 25 expected on Saturday.
