Charles Nengite, A Nigerian Army officer at the weekend, beat 380 other
post-graduate students to come out top at the U.S. War College (USAWC),
Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The
information is obtained from the college website, posted on Monday.
Nengite’s performance was the best
by any foreigner in the 38-year history of the college, the information added. The
Nigerian officer is said to have also scooped 6 awards.
