FINALLY, EFCC FORMALLY INVITES FEMI-FANI KAYODE FOR INTERVIEW

Less than 24 hours after he denied hiding from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, former Aviation Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, on Friday formally received an invitation to report at the anti-graft commission’s office in Abuja by 10.00am on Monday, May 9.
The invitation letter dated May 6, 2016 was signed by one Mohammed Umar Abba on behalf of the Acting Chairman of the EFCC, Ibrahim Magu.

According to the invitation letter, the anti-graft agency discovered that Mr. Fani-Kayode’s name “featured prominently” in an investigation bordering on criminal conspiracy, fraud and money laundering involving one Joint Trust Dimension Ltd.
