ENUGU HERDSMEN ATTACK: COMMISSIONER OF POLICE SACKED!



Commissioner of police to Enugu state, Nwodibo Ekechukwu, has been fired following the recent attack in Nimbo community area of the state that left scores of people dead.

CP Emmanuel Ojukwu has been appointed as the new commissioner for Enugu state.

On April 25, 2016, Nimbo, Uzo-Uwani community in Enugu state, was invaded by herdsmen were 20 people were killed and properties destroyed.

President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered security chiefs to hunt down those who perpetrated the attack.
