DISCOVERY: MOST MASSIVE STONE ON EARTH IS PROOF OF 'LOST CIVILISATION' - ARCHEOLOGIST

A mysterious stone sphere found in a forest in Bosnia could be proof of an ancient, advanced civilisation, an archaeologist has claimed.

Rob Waugh, gathered that Dr Semir Osmaganich believes that the latest stone - rich in iron, and one of several he has discovered in the area - proves the existence of a ‘lost’ civilisation.

Others are more sceptical, pointing out that Osmaganich has a history of wild, unfounded claims - such as a claim that a cluster of hills in Bosnia was in fact a network of ancient pyramids.

In a blog post this week, Osmaganich said, ‘Southern Europe, Balkan and Bosnia in particular, were home for advanced civilizations from distant past and we have no written records about them. Secondly, they had high technology, different than ours.

Osmaganich said that most of the balls were destroyed - but his latest find is the most massive stone ever found in Europe.

Osmaganich writes, ‘Most of them have been destroyed in 1970s after rumours of gold being hidden in the middle of them, some were taken by locals and moved to their backyards.

‘Materials have not been analyzed yet. However, brown and red color of the ball point to very high content of the iron. So, the density has to be very high, close to the iron which is 7,8 kg/c.c…Mass comes to be over 30 tons !

‘It makes this Bosnian stone ball the most massive in Europe.’
