Five star music president Emeka Okonkwo popularly known as ‘EMoney’ decided to give back to the street while he celebrated his birthday yesterday.
To achieve this, he flashed back to sometime last year when Kcee had promised to help one Promise from Ebonyi State whom he met on the streets of Lagos hawking ‘shoe-racks’. He has been at the trade for the past six years.
A year later, the Five Star music crew went in search of Promise who hawks at Ikeja Along, Lagos only to realize he has been arrested by officials of KAI (Kick Against Indiscipline) and transported to their office in Alausa, Ikeja.
Kcee and the crew headed to the KAI office and after several hours of pleading, KAI officials agreed that he sign an undertaking to refrain from hawking and thereafter, allowed to leave with Kcee's clique.
Promise was then given a brand new Toyota Corolla car courtesy of E-Money as well as the sum of N300,000 to get a new apartment.
