BREAKING NEWS: COURT ORDERS EFCC TO IMMEDIATELY RELEASE ADC TO FORMER PRESIDENT JONATHAN

- An high court in Abuja orders EFCC to release former Aide de Camp to former president Jonathan

- He was released on liberal terms

- The Court also advises the EFCC to refrain from infringing on citizens' rights

Aide De Camp to the former president, Goodluck Jonathan, Colonel Ojogbane Adegbe has been released on bail by in line with the order of an Abuja high Court today, March 1, 2016.

Judge Yusuf Halilu ordered the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to release Ojogbane Adegbe on bail.

Halilu also said that the law must be handled evenly between an individual and the government.

He also condemned EFCC for reducing the anti-graft agency to a police station which now operates outside the ambit of law.
