Colombian Striker Radamel Falcao has been sold eventually but somebody is not happy about it.
Chelsea FC have had problems offloading the 30-year-old; who joined the club on loan in the summer.
The club have considered cutting his loan deal short after the player failed to find his goal scoring form.
But a couple in England may find themselves locked in a legal battle over
the sale of - not the real Falcao - a marmoset who was named Falcao.
Kerry Gallagher, 33, from Rossendale, was devastated when her former partner told her she would never see Falcao her pet monkey again because he had been sold. However, he denied this and insisted Falcao, named after the Colombian football star, was safe.

‘I’ve had him since he was a baby, at eight-weeks-old,’ Gallagher was quoted by dailymail.
