Lady Gaga Celebrates Oscar Nomination with Heartfelt Note: 'This Nomination Lends a Voice to Victims and Survivors All Over the World'
Lady Gaga is using her Oscar nomination to reach out to the world.
Gaga, 29, took to Twitter on Thursday to pen a heartfelt note, thanking the Academy for the recognition, and celebrating the impact the song has had on the sexual abuse community.
"This nomination lends a voice to victims and survivors all over the world," she wrote on an old-school typewriter. "Thank you to THE ACADEMY for recognizing the movement of people who have come together for this film & song in the name of sexual assault." Gaga said
