Former President of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has finally reacted to the ongoing arms scandal which centers on the diversion of money meant for the purchase of arms by the Former NSA, Sambo Dausuki.
Goodluck said he will not frustrate the efforts of the judicial system in the ongoing proceeding and will wait to comment at the right time.
