Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has defended the proposed bill seeking to regulate religion in his state.
El-Rufai, in an interview with Punch Newspapers, stated that the law is in good faith and is meant to protect citizens and not vicitmise them as erroneously postulated by the opponents of the bill.
