RECOGNISE AND APPRECIATE GOD IN ALL YOU DO, Okowa Urges Christians In Delta.

The executive governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa, has urged Nigerians to always recognise God in all that they do.

Speaking at the 60th birthday thanksgiving celebration service of his Special Adviser on Labour and Industrial Relations, Comrade Mike Okeme in Asaba this Monday, the governor beckoned on all in attendance to seek and acknowledge God in ALL that they do as that is the only obligation of Man to worship God.

Recognising Mike Okeme for his role as a good citizen who is always WILLING to lend helping hands where necessary, he described Mike Okeme as ""a jolly good fellow," who influences people positively with his positive outlook to life thus making himself loved by anyone who comes to him with his style of living.

Further reiterating on the need to appreciate God in our lives, the governor ethuses "if you realize and acknowledge the presence of God in your life, God will continue to bless you."

In his words to the celebrant, Okowa urged the celebrant to get closer to God in prayers, remarking that, "at 60 years, you have less work to do with government but this is the time you devote more time to God and to your family."

In his remarks, the presiding priest Rev. Fr. Stephen Chukwuma, while officiating during the thanksgiving Mass, urged Christians to be prayerful, charitable and remain faithful to God at all times without let up.

It was a grand occasion well attended by who is who in Delta State government, Okeme's friends and family members, Priests, labour leaders from across the country and well wishers.

We wish COMRADE MIKE OKEME MANY MORE FRUITFUL YEARS IN GOOD HEALTH.
