miniature height and stature does not in any way reveal his physical strength and remarkable skills on the job.
You may even doubt if he could start the vulcanizing machine - He looked so small.
9-year old Favour, a young Vulcanizer in Kwale, Delta State, was seen as early as 6.45am, Sunday, at his father's workshop attending
to customers and solving different vehicular problems with incredible deftness.
Obviously, one could easily guess he has passion for the job with his quickness and flawless skills on the job.
Interestingly, working as a Vulcanizer did not stop Favour from going to school as he only assist his father at the workshop during weekends.
Speaking
to KARIFEST, he said; "My name is Ozoam Favour Chinedu, I am in primary four, I am 9 years old, I like the job but I still go to school. I have
been working as a vulcanizer for about a year now, I work for my father every weekend."
According to our findings, Favor is the youngest of them all in Delta state. Probably the youngest
in Nigeria?
With such a remarkable talent at a tender age, Favour will not only grow into an independent man but will also be of great help to the society and the nation at large.
