Popular online news platform, SaharaReporters on Tuesday, released
what it claimed are the official telephone numbers of Nigerian Ministers
(Petroleum, Defense), Senators (Ike Ekweremadu, Gilbert Nnaji, others),
a Governor (Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu), and even the Inspector General
of Police, Solomon Arase.
The controversial website explained that it decided to release the
numbers to allow Nigerians interact with them especially with the recent
happenings - Fuel Scarcity, Incessant killings by Fulani herdsmen and
other issues.
