A 19-year-old ND student of Otefe Polytechnic in Delta has been shot in the eye during a robbery operation on February 18.
Esther Oteri was said to have gone to a dry-cleaner's shop to pick up her gown for the matriculation which was
supposed to be next day. Unfortunately she encountered an armed robber at the shop, panicked, and screamed “Jesus,” only for her to be shot in the face by the armed robber for 'raising alarm'
She is said to be in a critical condition at Delta State University Teaching Hospital, DELSUTH
