DANGOTE LEADS AFRICA CEO FORUM NOMINATIONS




Eminent businessman, Aliko Dangote, and his Dangote Group have been nominated as Nigerian executives and companies feature prominently in the Africa Chief Executive Officers’ Forum nominations.



They have nominated for the CEO of the Year and African Company of the Year respectively.

The Africa CEO Forum will be taking place in Abidjan, Ivory Coast on March 21 and 22.

Dangote, the President and CEO of Dangote Group, will vie for the accolade alongside Brahim Benjelloun-Touimi (Chairman of the board- Bank of Africa Group), Divine Ndhlukula (Founder/MD-Securico).

Others are Fatima Beyina-Moussa (MD-Ecair), Jaswinder Bedi (CEO, Bedi Investments), Jean Kacou Diagou (President, Nsia Group), Oba Otudeko, (President, Honeywell Group) and Zouhair Bennani, CEO of Label’vie.

His company is nominated alongside Ascendis Health, Ison Group, Maroc Telecom, Naspers, Safaricom, Sanalam and Seplat.

Other accolades include Bank, Private Equity Investor, International Corporation and Young CEO of the Year.

The event has become the international Forum of reference dedicated to the development of the private sector in Africa and this year.
