OBASANJO TO BE CONFERRED MA DEGREE!

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo is among over 5,000 students that would be graduating from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) at its coming convocation. He would be conferred with MA degree in Christian Theology following successful completion of the 2014/2015 academic session.

According to NOUN's Director, Media and Information, Dr. Ronke Ogunmakin, the convocation ceremony would feature conferment of certificates, diplomas, bachelor degrees, post graduate diplomas, masters and honorary doctorate degrees on the graduands, who had been found worthy in character and learning.

She further said the occasion would witness inauguration of the senate building and the specialist hospital sponsored by TETFUND, while His Royal Majesty, Igwe Ambassador Lawrence Okolio Chikezie Agubuzu of Olo Kingdom, Ezeagu Local Government Area, Enugu State, would also be installed as The first Chancellor of the university.
